Candidate students who will apply to the program must fulfill the following conditions:
- YKS first 20.000 Ranking
- Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
- Have limited financial means,
- Not to have received any disciplinary punishment during the secondary education period,
- Not to have previously obtained a bachelor's degree from a university.
- This year, students in the earthquake zone will be given priority.
