Sabancı University organized a meaningful event on Tuzla Campus within the scope of the scholarship program it implemented with the theme of “Make a Promise for the Future”. Sabancı University President Yusuf Leblebici and Sabancı University Secretary General Ali Çalışkan made the opening speeches at the event, at which historian and author İlber Ortaylı also participated as a speaker. In addition, world-famous pianist and composer Fazıl Say and artist Serenad Bağcan performed the “Mother World” concert as part of the event.
The Alumni Gathering event, which lasted throughout the day, featured various workshops, live music, medal ceremonies for 10th and 20th year graduates, workshops, alumni, student & academic network meetings, and many other activities.
